iPhone developers and designers needed

Hello fellow iPhoners,

I'm potentially ramping up the consulting side of my business and,
thus, looking to build a portfolio of talented iPhone developers and
designers to augment staff on a cyclical basis. What I need are local
(i.e. Seattle area) developers and designers who are available for
face-to-face meetings, team collaboration, etc. It's ok if you're new
to Cocoa and iPhone development as long as you have a passion for
mobile applications and a proven track record as a skilled
developer/designer. At a minimum, I'm looking for individuals with
the following qualifications:

- Proficiency in objective-c and the Cocoa frameworks.
- Hands on experience with Xcode, Instruments, and the iPhone SDK.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop production quality
software applications for the Mac OS X/iphone platform.

Bonus:

- SQL skills (i.e. you are comfortable designing and implementing
database objects and writing SQL queries)
- Experience with RESTful web services (i.e. reading and writing data
from/to a remote web server using a REST API)
- Ability to design and develop a web application using Ruby on Rails
(esp. to create RESTful web services)
- You have and iPhone application that you've designed and developed
(does NOT have to be published on the iTunes App Store.)

I'm also in need of talented UI and graphic designers with experience
working with the iPhone platform.

I can help you out with developing and designing iPhone applicaion,
but I like to keep my current full-time job, so I can wok only part-
time offsite.

This way I can sharpen my skills in Objective-C and Cocoa development.
I currently develop in ASP.NET and C# based web applications.
