Sorry, if I'm pointing out something that everyone already knows, but
when I logged into iTunes Connect today I noticed some new and
extremely interesting changes. These have a potentially big impact.

Here they are:

1) You can no longer change the name of your app after it has been
submitted.

2) They now have a section to enter keywords for your app. Does this
mean that your application description is no longer used for indexing?
My guess is yes.

3) Keywords are limited to 100 characters total

4) Keywords are FINAL. Once you set them it doesn't appear that you
can change them.

Very interesting stuff. I could have sworn that a couple of days ago
these new things weren't there. Am I just slow to notice, or did Apple
do this in stealth mode on us?

Thanks for the heads up. I was not aware myself.

It does appear if you do an Update to an app, you're able to change the Name and Keywords at that point.

Ahh. That's good to know. Makes it a little less restrictive. However
the whole keywords thing is a very interesting move. I wonder how/when
they will play into the search results.
