Volunteers

Hey everybody!

So far I think mostly we need volunteers to help staff the front security desk (alongside the security guard) and the info desk on the main floor in Edison.

Scott Brody has volunteered to be my liaison with the facility as he is familiar with DigiPen and the faculty. I don't think either of these stations is critical, but I think it would be super-keen to greet people at the door and direct them around the show floor. We can help Scott by taking shifts at the desks. The security guard has other duties as well, so it will help him too.

If you can smile for-reals-like and answer simple questions, then you're qualified! I think the easiest way would be to have sign-up sheets at each desk. You can introduce yourself to Scott and/or myself and sign up for 30 minutes or an hour or so.

The only other thing I can think of is cleanup after the show. If you can spare ten minutes to pick up trash and whatnot we can be out of there lickety split. Then maybe meet up at Black Raven for some postmortem? I think yes.
