We'd like to show Containment: The Zombie Puzzler. Both iPad and PC builds.

We showed last year at SIX and it was a lot of fun. We'd love to show again this year and help out with the show in any capacity.

We would like to have room for a couple card tables. We'll need Power for the computer/monitor/speakers we bring.

Also, please make sure that everyone interested in SIX knows about the show this year, and let them know about this discussion group.

Last year we were able to provide rental tables and chairs at cost, which was about $12. Hopefully DigiPen can host us so we might not need these accessories.
If you hope to exhibit at SIX then post your details here. Please include stuff like:
  • your name and/or company name
  • the project(s) you hope to show
  • some stuff about yourself and/or company
  • you needs and expectations as an exhibitor, like power and area needed
  • suggestions/comments

As long as the date works, I can definitely bring Mark of the Ninja on a 360 dev kit.

Scott Brodie, Heart Shaped Games

I'll be showing my new game Battleline Bandits, maybe Hero Generations in some form.

I'd need one table and chair. One additional chair would be nice but not required (I will setup two pcs on my one table)

Wi-Fi would be a big plus, as I could get people to register and sign-up while demoing.

I'd love to help out with setup, spread the word, etc. Just let me know how I can help.

If the expo is after the 23rd, I'll show The Bridge. I'll need a table and power, but I can bring anything else needed to show it. Standing-only is fine if there aren't any chairs available.

I'd also be totally willing to help if you need it.

Hey all,

I'd like to exhibit if it's not too late to join in.

Developer name: sparsevector

Game: Super Amazing Wagon Adventure (http://www.sparsevector.com/wagon-adventure/).  It's currently out on Xbox indie games and is coming to PC soon.

I'm a first time game developer so I'd like to meet other local developers, and this sounds like a lot of fun.  I'd need a table of some kind to put a TV on and a power outlet.

Thanks,
Andrew

Company Name: PlayEveryWare
Project Name: Power Defense (DSiWare / 3DS eShop)

We're a team of moonlighting indies, and have been working on the game for a few years now. Hopefully will have it released in late August or September of this year.

Power Defense is a cool twist to the tower defense mechanic! Balance power usage by managing connections between towers and choosing between upgrades or special attacks, all while protecting the Power Defense Squad as they salvage the fallen pieces of their space station which unlocks new tower types.

We pretty much only have a poster and our Nintendo DS to play the game on, so a table and a chair or two would be great. We might have an iPad to show the video on (but confuses everyone, since they assume the game is on the iPad...*sigh*). An outlet to charge the DS if needed would be nice.

Power and a table.

I'd love to participate, but am not keen on traveling to the East Side. This weekend is no good for me either.

  • My Giants
  • I started the company two years ago by myself and now we have a small team working on client projects as well as My Giants - a multiplayer game that we are currently working on a public demo for PAX in Aug.
  • Power for a Macbook Pro and Monitor, Wifi access, a table.

  • Volgarr the Viking
  • We are a newly formed indie group of a couple long time veterans (shipped over 25 professional titles) looking to create fantastic NEU-Oldschool Action Arcade games with modern sensibilities. We have just gotten to the point of finalizing our engine and creative tools tech, incorporated core game-play and we are now intensely attempting to crank out content.
  • We would need a place to set up a 17" laptop with External Monitor and access to power for both.
  • This will be the first time attending something like this :) It will be nice to meet everyone.

Love to show progress on Rednecks vs Robots!

* Charlie Patterson / Noxious Games (NoxiousGames.com)
* Rednecks vs Robots (from Outer Space)
* "The revolution will be off the grid"
* My partner and I are new to the industry and make up this indie team.  I have 20 years of programming experience and Bryan Lobdell has 10 years of animation experience.  We're building a game in Torque2D, so PC/Mac/iOS.
* I can bring a laptop (or two).  So we need a table and two chairs?  I can bring my own card table if it works like that.

This would be our first showing.  I'm pumped to see the other games as well as show mine off and meet my fellow indies.

- REGISTER!
There is a spreadsheet for "Exhibitor Registration". If you would like to exhibit and have not yet received an invite to the document then please write directly to me.

- VIDEO!
If you would like to see a fleeting glimpse of your game in our promo video (I swear it's totally going to happen this time), please write directly to me with a link to your video or key art (YouTube works too). And of course in the tradition of crazy deadlines, get that to me before Friday :D

- LOCATION!
The space we will be using at DigiPen is the Edison Production Area on the second floor. There should be plenty of space and electricity - no need for additional furniture. I should be able to secure WiFi for Internet access.

Hello Everyone! A friend just tipped me about this event. Would love to attend and present my company's first game. Hope I am not too late to register.

Name: George Tonev, Serendipitous Bits
iOS Game: U.F.Oinkers
About: I am full-time indie game developer. I recently released my first game for iOS called U.F.Oinkers (a version of it is coming soon on WP7. I can demo that one, too, but it's not as polished as the iOS one for sure).
Needs: I'd be happy with a table and 1-2 chairs, but will stand up if I have to :)

I'm not sure if it's too late, but if there's room for us, we'd be glad to show our game at SIX. Is there still a $12 exhibitor fee, or is DigiPen covering that? If I could be updated on whether it's too late or not to exhibit before Sunday that would be much appreciated. Thank you.

  • Sean Hart, Willie Wight from Absurd Interactive, Inc.
  • Absurd Interactive is a new startup in Redmond working on casual games for the iOS and other mobile platforms.
  • This Is Not A Ball Game. (iPad and iPhone Builds)
  • We would need one table and three chairs, and an outlet to plug our iPad, iPhone setups.
