The fifth annual Drunken Goat's Celebration of Ale is this weekend.
This
is a festival of food and home brewed ales (or lagers). In the past
we
have had as many as 9 home-brewed beers, including one root beer, and
there has always been a fun main dish prepared by the hosts. This
year
we have finished our outdoor oven (El Horno de Union) and will be
making wood fired pizzas. Keeping with the semi-potluck tradition; if
you brew a beer consider it your contribution. If you don't brew
please bring toppings for the pizzas. We will supply dough, a
red sauce, caramelized onions, and olive oil. We will fire the oven
~5
and start cooking pizzas ~7. If you make wine or spirits these are
just as appreciated as beer.
