AC causing leakage

Recently, a guest in my AirBNB was using the air conditioning in one of the downstairs rooms. The unit consistently leaked water - soaking a bath towel every night. I think this was possibly the first time the AC had been run downstairs all year as typically it is already cool downstairs. I've called Go Green to come out and check on the unit but just checking the group wisdom here to see if there is something I've missed. The system was serviced in the spring and everything looked good. It's about 5 or 6 years old.

Additional note: I have 6 Mitsubishi split heads connected to one compressor unit. Two of the split heads are on the ground floor which is an AirBNB. During summer, I typically just turn off my split heads on the top two floors unless it is in the mid 80s outside or above.

If I turn on AC and the AirBNB guests want to use heat, the system won't work. Or, whichever unit was turned on last to a different function (heating or cooling) won't work. I.E. The compressor can't simultaneously handling a heating and a cooling command.

thanks for any ideas!

Thanks for the responses. It is a mini-split. I ran it last night full blast - set to cooling 61 degrees and the fan on high - maximum output. No drips anywhere. Also of note - humidity outside last night was 70%, so one would think that if there was some blockage in the line remaining, I would have more leaking, but nothing. So it's a puzzle, but seems like a waste to pay $250 to have someone come out and check on it if I can't recreate the problem. I wonder what the initial problem was?
