Flex programmer needed immediately for startup (contract, remote work OK)

Greetings,

A startup in Europe whose founder I am acquainted with is in need of a
Flex programmer on short notice. The assignment is to add some
features to an existing Flex/AIR application. This is a short term
contract with the potential to grow into a consistent workstream.

Top 3 considerations:
- Skilled in Flex 3, Actionscript
- Good communication skills for remote work
- Java and/or ANT experience is a plus
