Remote (Renaissance) Flex developer needed

Hello folks,

I'm a developer working at a kickass small company which is looking to
hire more Flex developers. The company is great because:

1) I get to work with people who are smart and passionate about making
software
2) There's no one of my team who I feel is being "carried"
3) You can actually get things done without digging through layers and
layers of political / organizational bullshit
4) They pay well

Some of the developers do a bit of .NET and SQL Server work as well as
Flex, so if you've a desire to learn those skills or have them
already, your expertise and enthusiasm will be welcome. As for
development processes, we do Agile via SCRUM with 4 week sprints and
have 3 remote teams of folks (a few members of each team are onsite
since they live nearby).
