Sr. Flash Developer - FTE for Top Seattle Startup (Pioneer Square)

This well-funded web company is poised to be THE audio platform for
the web, with the goal of providing killer streaming, audio tools and
custom player solutions to help consumers bring audio to them.
Techflash recently rated this rapidly growing startup as one of
Seattle's top Internet companies.

The Sr. Flash Developer will play a critical role on the team. This
key contributor will have the passion to come in on the ground floor
and build something huge. Because the team is small, it's critical to
be self directed and motivated. The ideal candidate will be excited
about building great experiences for consumers - no one will be
looking over your shoulder except your users!

The role will include (just to start):
* Building new widgets for a variety of partners and web sites.
* Thinking creatively about new ways to interact with sound and
building solutions that anybody can use.
* Researching cutting edge technologies around audio and lots more.

Minimum requirements:
* Know all that Flash, Flex and ActionScript have to offer (and their
warts) like the back of your hand.
* Love working efficiently and coming up with creative solutions
quickly.
* Enjoy solving complex problems quickly, then seeking ways to improve
them.

Nice to have:
* Experience building GREAT UX – power of a freight train inside the
ease of use of a stick of lip balm.
* Audio software gear-head.
* Expert web programmer (jQuery, RoR, MySQL).
* Knowledge of text-to-audio solutions a plus.
* iPhone, mobile, carrier experience is a big plus.

Position is fulltime, but will consider temp to perm.
