* Improved instructions for required answers
* "How many times do you want to meet?" changed to "What is the
TOTAL number of beginner meetings you want to attend?"
* "Would you like to help organize " changed to "Would you like to
be a volunteer or help organize"
* Text lines changed to Text boxes for last questions on pages 2
and 3.
* Added question 7, page 3: "Indicate your preference for a month
in 2010 to hold a Drupal Beginner Clinic."
