Update to previous message:
I am still figuring out the correct response settings, so you may or
may not be able to edit previous survey responses. Below are the
possible choices. I think the first choice is appropriate for the
published survey, but none of the other choices are ideal for testing.
For now, I am using the third choice.

1 Single Response - Respondents are prevented from responding to the
survey more than once. Respondents that return to a survey will
continue where they left off and can edit their original answers.
2 Single Response, Non-Updateable - Respondents are prevented from
responding to the survey more than once. Respondents that return to a
survey will continue where they left off but may not edit their
original answers.
3 Multiple Responses - Respondents may complete the survey as many
times as they want. Respondents that return to an incomplete survey
will continue where they left off and can edit their original answers.
4 Multiple Responses, Anonymous - Respondents may complete the survey
as many times as they want Respondents may not return to partially
completed surveys. This is useful for multi-user environments.
5 Quick Data Entry - After survey completion, user is taken to the

to an incomplete survey will continue where they left off and can edit
