curious - how long did it take to prepare for the clinic?
like, span of 3 weeks... 3 months?
also, how many people were involved?

It was about 3 months between when we decided to have the clinic, and
the date of the clinic. Not all of that time was spent in intensive
planning, but there was a lot going on the last 3 weeks. You do need
to start way ahead to reserve space, do publicity, etc.

You can also look at the mailing list archives for the list we used
for planning discussions to get an idea of what was involved. Ask
Jared to get added to the group. There was also a
planning/tasks/budget spreadsheet, which John can get you access to.
And we have some planning resources on seattle.drupal-camp.org, which
John or I can get you access to.

I'm out of town starting tomorrow for the next week, so don't expect
any more answers from me. :)
