I was wondering if anyone can suggest a site for this group?  I have a site I've build using basic PHP/HTML/CSS for a non-profit theatre group I know.  The site really needs to have a comprehesive CMS/Framework system and I'm been itching to transfer it to Drupal.  The site would need the following functionality/data types.

A comprehensive list of all plays/shows separated into two pages, previous shows and season previews, and the current show on the home page.
A list of all actors, directors, and staff to be linked to each play and listed in their own section
several static informational pages
ecommerce for selling tickets and maintaining availability, and accepting donation/sponsorship/membership
The ability for people to "join" the theatre to leave comments on shows, receive special invitation, etc.
a system for sending out newsletters and maintaining mailing lists
and a blogging system to announce fundraisers, and special events (shown on the front page maybe)
also full SEO support would be great

All in all it's not a huge site but I think it would present a sufficient challenge, it has for me :D
I've started to do some of the preliminary work on user stories and roles, and functionality breakdown.

Anyway, if I can I'd like to submit this site for your consideration.

Thanks,

Jonathan Henson

Jonathan,
I added your suggestion to the Candidate Site wiki page. A selection
will be made by vote by the group if the group wants to do a barn
raising. TBD.
