I’m happy to do the grocery store shopping on Friday the 15th. Anyone willing to do Costco?

I am, actually!! And looking forward to chocolate chip cookies J
Bethany, let me know once you’ve done the Costco run – I have babysitting until 12:30 today, so I may end up doing the “regular store” shopping after Steve gets home from work tonight. Also, what is the verdict on organic pork/beef? I don’t care if we have to do regular.
Mickie
That would be great, Bethany! I find roasting them in the oven is the easiest.

Okay, I've updated the spreadsheet. Let me know if you can't see the changes.
Also, I noticed that we need some cooked chicken breasts. I was wondering if you all woudl be okay with me cooking those tonight or tomorrow morning to help save some of our prep time tomorrow? I would just need to know what you all think the best way to cook them would be?

I got organic chicken and beef. They didn't have ground pork at costco and the turkey came in too large a package. I am fine either way for the turkey or pork.
I like the griddle idea, I will just hold off. Melissa, could you remind me of your address?
