Thanks for coming yesterday, guys, and for all your help cleaning up!  Mickie, i think you left a couple of cutting boards and a grater.

A couple of reminders/instructions:

1. The crockpot curry only has 2-3 chicken thighs in it.  You may want to add something more (chicken, tofu, sweet potatoes, etc.).

2. Too cook the chicken for the tikka, I usually just dump all of the chicken and marinade onto a baking sheet (thawed) and bake in 400 for 5-10 minutes.  You can warm the sauce while doing this and then dump the chicken and marinade into the sauce when done.  Warning: the marinade is a little spicy, too, so use your discretion.

Recipes!

Thanks, Melissa!  I made some of the cookies last night and they were delicious - good choice.

How long 'til we all meet again?

Made chicken tikka for husband - and neighbors. Everyone loved
It. I think the chicken was a little salty ( sigh. Did I miscount?!) but the say e wasn't too spicey.

Yummy!

Mmm, we ate that chicken ravioli thing for three dinners this week.  Yay for good pre-made food!

I'm game to schedule our next get together.  Do you all want me to set up a doodle poll?  Maybe for April-ish?
