Hi there,

I’m so sorry I missed our last meeting. I need to pass an email on to whoever is coordinating the tables at the Archives Fair, I’m guessing both of them. AKCHO would like to participate.

Thanks,

Deb

The publications sub-committee will be sending out an email shortly to update repositories of the upcoming activities and solicit participation in both the booklet and the two Archives Fairs. We aren't coordinating, per se, but we will be gathering information at once to find out levels of interest. We could easily pass this information on to a coordinator if someone would be willing to volunteer for that task.

Btw, in the email we'll be sending out we mention that space will be limited. Jodee and Midori--do we have solid numbers on available spaces at each venue?

Thanks!
Emily

Hi-

I’ll have a number of tables we can fit into the space a little later today.  Then we’d know how many spaces we’d have.  And the dimensions of those spaces for exhibitors.

Perhaps we could set up a spreadsheet in a google docs on which people could self-register?
