Printing and or displaying certain palyers fields

I would like to print certain player info fields on the sports cards.

Since I've already have entered these info in the player info
tab/section, e.d. date of birth info/address info ect.

Questions
1)How can insert the player variable info on the bio player's webpage.
2) How can get these info to print on the sports card.
I don't want to have to type them in again in the sports card tab.
Would this work %dob or %address field variable inserts would help. If,
yes, then can you please send a list of all the variables.
