How many times can a technical writer participate?

Hi,

I remember that the first season of docs, being somewhat similar to the GSoC, had a limitation that a technical writer can participate only twice.

However the rules for this round have changed a lot, and technical writers are not mentioned at all on the rules (https://developers.google.com/season-of-docs/terms/program-rules). Selecting them is totally up to the organizations.

Does it mean that there are no limitations on how many times technical writers can participate? Is there any guaranty that these rules will not change again in the future?

This is correct; since technical writer selection is totally up to the organizations, there are no limitations to the number of times a technical writer can participate.
