Seashore 0.2.0 - Feature Lock

Hi all,

I am pleased to announce feature lock for the Seashore 0.2.0 release.

This means no major feature changes should be added to the project
without consultation.

The next few weeks will work on completing all items that remain on
the to do list. For this release, we will be testing a wiki to do list
available at:

http://seashore.wiki.sourceforge.net/todo020

Stephen, please consult the to do list and tell me if you are able to
implement the items I have allocated you (most follow on from the work
you have already done).

Discussion on any matters relating to the 0.2.0 release is welcome to
this thread or to the Google group generally.

I am hoping this will be a quick release and a release candidate will
be released in two week's time.

As always bug reports and patches are welcome throughout the
preparation period.
