I need help in these following areas:

 

Head of Stage / Set Design – create and set up the sets

 

Kim Bakic and Therese Foley: Head of Costumes, Props and Make Up

Cindy Martensen: Cast Party Organizer

 

Rehearsal times are as follows:

FEB

23 – Thurs 10-11 and 1:40-3pm - Katie Schneider

24 – Fri 10-12:50 and 1:40-3 - Katie Schneider

 

27 – Mon 10-1:40 –Katy Novcaski

28 – Tues 10-1:40 – Kim Meeds

29 – Wed 11-1:40 - Katie Schneider

 

March

 

1 – Thurs 10-11 and 1:40-3pm - Josie Balgenorth

2 – Fri 10-12:50 and 1:40-3 - Josie Balgenorth

5 – Mon 10-1:40 – Katy Novcaski

6 – Tues 10-1:40 - Josie Balgenorth

7 – PERFORMANCE DAY!!

Morning rehearsal at Wed 11-12:30 - Josie Balgenorth

OPENING SHOW at 1pm and EVENING MATINEE at 7pm

 

8 – CAST PARTY: Cindy Martensen. Time= TBD
