Robin Hood - the 6th grade PERFORMANCE

Dear 6^th Grade Parents,                                                                                    1-10-12

 

The Sixth Graders will be performing “Robin Hood” for their class play this semester.

The performance date and times are: Wednesday March 7 at 1pm and 7pm in the Miki Center.

 

I NEED HELP!
I need help in these following areas:

 

Head of Stage / Set Design – create and set up the sets

Head of Costume / Make Up Design – create and organize costumes

Head of Props – get and organize props

                        Head of the Classroom while I’m rehearsing with other students

                        Cast Party Organizer – this is OPTIONAL

 

I need a few parent volunteers during our rehearsals, particularly the ones in March. I will need these helpers to both watch over the students who are not rehearsing and are in study hall, and to help run certain acts with the students.

 

Rehearsal times are as follows:

FEB

21 – Tues 10-1:40

22 – Wed 11-1:40

23 – Thurs 10-11 and 1:40-3pm

24 – Fri 10-12:50 and 1:40-3

 

27 – Mon 10-1:40

28 – Tues 10-1:40

29 – Wed 11-1:40

 

March

1 – Thurs 10-11 and 1:40-3pm

2 – Fri 10-12:50 and 1:40-3

5 – Mon 10-1:40

6 – Tues 10-1:40

7 – PERFORMANCE DAY!!

Morning rehearsal at Wed 11-12:30

OPENING SHOW at 1pm and EVENING MATINEE at 7pm

 

8 – CAST PARTY: I need parent help organizing this, or we can scratch it. Time= TBD
