4.)There should be a dot in the SUA Only setting. If this isn't the case, you can not setup port forwarding without making a major change to your network. I wouldn't advise changing this unless you know what you are doing. Alright, if there is a dot in the SUA Only setting, go ahead and click Edit Details.

NOTE: If the port is open you will use the Remote IP Address you get from the open port tool that you used above. However you will need to type it in as follows via web browser :port number, eg. if your ip address is 74.96.36.98 than it should look like this when you type it into your web browser :8000.

Sell this garbage and buy something real. I did it the same way. It will not work zyxel is too incompetent to make this happen. I can recommend you to have a look at the Qnap QHora-301W. I use this one and am very satisfied.

Zyxel wants the customer to buy a very expensive firewall for this feature, which is absolutely outrageous.

They did this on theUSG when you have one WAN IP and will not let you port forward 80because the web interface uses that port unless you change theinterface port or use port group to get around it and it seems theydone it to there home routers too are you able to change theinterface/remote port?

Hello, i have a port forwarding problem. I recently changed my netgear prosafe firewall for a Zyxel SCR50AXE. I have a cctv system that needs to have some ports open. My old firewal had the ports forwarded and the isp moden is in brtidge mode and i could see my cctv for the wan. But whit my new SCR50AXE i can not get the ports open. I made the rules in the firewall but the port won't open. What did i do wrong? Can Someone help me?

I have Zyxel vmg3925 router. I did check that Upnp was enabled, and did disable and then enable again, but still same error message that ARC is unable to connect.
I also disabled firewall. Same result.

I had a it service company install and configure the home network 2 years ago. The router has been disabled for the wifi, as there are many cabled access points throughout the house. From the attached photo you can see they also installed a switch in the cabinet.

I am very reluctant to spend something like 5-700 USD to arrange for the it company to come and fix this Roon ARC issue for me, as I am already paying for Roon, and everything in the network is working smooth. And i really feel that i have tried everything i can to fix myself, being completely out of my comfort and competence zone here. Did not think i would have to be a skilled it guy in order to enjoy Roon. So i beg you, please help me to enjoy this great great new feature, that I have been praying for would come!

I dont have another router in the setup, there a switch. But behind the router there is a fiber box/media box, that receives the internet connection from outside, and then feeds it with a fiber cable into the router.

I do receive different types of error messages when trying to make ARC access the core, this one is the latest, and here there are not Multiple NAT found. The different error messages depend on what i tried to do in the settings in the router (port forwarding/static ip etc).
