Switch (also called Two Four Jacks or Black Jack,[1] or Last Card in New Zealand) is a shedding-type card game for two or more players that is popular in the United Kingdom, Ireland and as alternative incarnations in other regions. The sole aim of Switch is to discard all of the cards in one's hand; the first player to play their final card, and ergo have no cards left, wins the game. Switch is very similar to the games UNO, Flaps and Mau Mau, both belonging to the larger Crazy Eights or Shedding family of card games.[2]

Each player at their turn may play any card from their hand that matches the suit or the rank of the card previously played; for example, if the previous card was a seven of clubs, the next player may put down any seven card, or any club card, from their hand. Should the player not have any card available to play, they must pick up one card.

The first to play (generally, the player on the dealer's left) should select from his or her hand a card that matches either, the suit or the rank of the open card (the card that is "top"); for example, on a 9 of spades, only a spade card or a 9 may be played. The card played must be of the same value or higher. If a player is not able to place a card, he draws cards from the stack until he can play a card. A player may choose to withhold a card due to personal strategy but will incur the penalty of having to pick a card from the deck.

When a player has only one remaining card they must remember to say "last card" aloud before their turn has ended, to inform the other players that they are about to win. If a player should fail to do so before the next player has started their turn they may be penalised, often to the cost of picking up one card immediately (over and above any picking up as a matter of routine course in the game).

If a player has two cards in their hand, they must say "last card" when playing one of them, to announce that they now only hold a single card. Failing to call "last card" (or breaking any other rule) results in a penalty of drawing two cards from the deck.[3]

"Black Jack" is the name of a shedding card game which shares its name with the casino card game Blackjack, and is sometimes called 7 Card Blackjack to differentiate itself from the other game. It is a variant of Crazy Eights.

A pre-determined method is used to decide which player plays first. It is usually the player left of the dealer who plays first. The game continues from there going clockwise. Play starts from the single card facing up.

The first player to get rid of all of their cards wins the game. The game may end once a player has got rid of all of their cards, or the remaining players may continue playing until everyone has got rid of their cards (when done a player is declared to have "got out") bar one player (this player is declared "last place" or "the loser" and may be eliminated if there is an unwieldy number of people wanting to play).

If the player places their last card, but failed to say "last card" at the end of their previous turn, then they must pick up two cards from the remaining deck (even if the player had multiple cards). A player can also declare their final card by 'knocking', usually by tapping the playing table.

Dealership alternates from round to round (the dealer to the first round is usually determined by cutting the deck and then the lowest card deals). The dealer deals a seven-card hand to each player. After seven cards are dealt the next card is placed face up in the centre of the table, this is the "discard" pile. The remainder of the pack is placed face down next to the "discard" pile, and is called the "stock". The next non-dealing player to the right of the dealer lays the first card.

On each turn, a player plays a card or a run of card on to the discard pile. This card must be of the same suit, or the same value, a heart on a heart or a 10 on a 10. Once this card has been laid it is possible for that player to continue laying cards if a run of several cards is possible. There are several possible combinations the run may be formed from:

I've been searching for a solution for a while now and despite all the similar questions and answers, found nothing that seems to work. I want a user to be able to progress through various panels set up in a card layout. However, I want the buttons used to switch between these cards to be on the cards themselves, not a separate set of buttons which doesn't change throught the program. Here is the main file where the frame is created:

The two panels (more in the future) are in two seperate files in the project. I haven't added the code for them as apart from an action listener for the single button on each panel, it was all auto-generated code.

I understand that it explains that the 'save game' data will not necessarily transfer across to the SD card but what I want to know is, does the 'save game' data get erased from the switch's internal memory when you make the transfer or does it stay saved on the system while the rest of software's files moves across?

Save data is on internal memory & can't be transferred to sd-card .... The only way to delete it is deliberately, since you'd have to go into settings, to data management, down to save data, select the one to delete, then wait until it lets you confirm that

As WoomyNNYes says ACNH is the exceptions unless they change that. You should read up on Nintendo FAQ site for data migration help that is your best resource here. As for transfer you need to have NIN account to do data migration if you don't have that then you have no way to transfer to New Switch. As to the Game data/Updates if you changed it correctly saves to the MicroSD. But just poping into another Switch doesn't work as each formats a checksum so that you can't cheat or do hacking. The card must be formatted BY the New Switch that is the only way to get it working. Then using a computer you can copy your old files from the MicroSD and then copy to the New MicroSD but only the files don't copy the Root Sys files if you do that the New Switch will say your card is invalid. So format the new one and then copy the data to the new microsd and that will allow data on the microsd to work on the New Switch. This isn't a simple file transfter they did this to prevent cheater and hackers.

Remember: If you switch credit cards with the same bank or credit card issuer, you might not be eligible for the sign-up bonus on your new card. These bonuses are often reserved for new customers, not existing customers who switch cards. However, your credit card issuer might be able to offer you a bonus to reward you for your loyalty, so be sure to ask about this if you are making the change over the phone.

1) The first problem arose around a month ago, when I noticed that the memory cards stopped "popping out" of the camera. Sometimes they do, but most of the time they do not. I often have to manually pull them out with a pair of tweezers.

The memory card is a top-of-the-line 32GB ScanDisk, and the lock switch is definitely NOT set on lock. I have also tried two other memory cards, and always receive the same message, even when I have "double-checked" that the lock switch is not set on locked.

This camera has been gently handled and used since first purchases. Nothing other than a memory card has been inserted into the memory card opening. And, as mentioned, until about a month ago the memory cards I have used "popped out" instantly. Now they tend to become stuck inside, as often they do not pop right out when depressed.

Took me hours to figure it out but there is a tiny little switch on the side of SD card... nothing at all to do with the camera itself!... but just click it the other way, put it back into the camera and it will work again.

This also happened to my T5i and you are correct in that something quite small most likely was obstructing it. Even though my card slid in and out without any jamming I attempted to look inside with a flashlight, but could see nothing. I attempted to blow it out or tap it out, but that did not work either. I then took a 3x5 inch index card (or card stock paper) and cut a strip about the size of the SD card and stuffed it into and out of the hole several times hoping to dislodge any debris. This seemed to do the trick and I no longer have any problem. My guess is accumulation of dust or lint on the SD card that I used once. I'm happy to taking photos again and it cost me nothing but the time to read this suggestion. Happy me!

Your little (3X5) card stock trick worked for me almost instantly! My brand new SD card was already in the unlocked position and after attempting to turn it to locked, then back to unlocked, re-insert, inspect the camera SD slot, blow it out with my camera bellow etc., it was your card trick that fixed my problem, God bless you sir!

When you create a new subscription, you can specify a new credit card. When you do so, no other subscriptions get associated with the new credit card. However, if you later make any of the following changes, all subscriptions use the payment method you select.

The following sections apply to customers who have a Microsoft Online Services Program billing account. Learn how to check your billing account type. If your billing account type is Microsoft Online Services Program, payment methods are associated with individual Azure subscriptions. If you get an error after you add the credit card, see Credit card declined at Azure sign-up.

If your credit card gets renewed and the number stays the same, update the existing credit card details like the expiration date. If your credit card number changes because the card is lost, stolen, or expired, follow the steps in the Add a credit card as a payment method section. You don't need to update the CVV.
