Hi team,

Now we are in a Catch 22 situation here. We have the media and press swarming at sukumar and me to give more details on Search camp 09 . They want to know more on the topics that will be covered and the speakers in the event . It is of PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE that we freeze on the content and fix the speakers without further delay . We need to light up the fire on the content team to get things on this front into action asap /  immediately. I wanted to come yesterday to the meeting to highlight that part ... unfortunately post RTFF i was too tired and slept thru the meet. 

Even the sponsors will be very particular to know who is coming for the event and what is the content . We are not able to divulge any such details as of the moment because of the slow pace in which things are moving. Can we take up this on fire fighting mode foe the next 24 - 36 hrs and cloes the issue asap. I am available tomorrow post lunch as well as thursday and friday to close all these open issues .

Maybe we can convene for half a day say in a coffee shop do all the networking / relevant calls and freeze things so that our other efforts can be initiated in parallel . Any show of hands / volunteers who can help us in this initiative are most welcome to join hands with us to get this work done. Hi Syed,

We already have a good number of speakers finalized for the event, and
are now reviewing some more for a better show. The content team will
post the final list of speakers in the wiki within this weekend.

Half-day Networking Idea is great; I'm in. Lets make sure that we meet
and finalize everything else asap.

We can either meet at Kiruba's Office or at Syed's Office...

Yes. Its a serial process. We need to freeze the content and the speakers so we can contact sponsors so we can get the money so we book the place so we can order the t shirts so we can fix the caterer so we can make the event a success. So first things first we need to freeze content and CONFIRMED speakers and put it up in the wiki. So we can NOW ACT.

Reg. tomorrows meet Palani tells me there is likely ot be some disturbance due to some hartal tomorrow. Can we schedule it for Thrusday instead. What say you ?
