[New SA360 Reporting API] New customer resource fields

This update includes new fields for customer resource. Be sure to update the client library to take advantage of all these changes.

New fields

We are adding 

• customer.manager_id, 
• customer.manager_descriptive_name, 
• customer.sub_manager_id, 
• customer.sub_manager_descriptive_name, 
• customer.associate_manager_id, 
• customer.associate_manager_descriptive_name and 
• customer.account_level 
  
  to help traversing the Search Ads 360 account hierarchy.
