[New SA360 Reporting API] New resources and fields

This update includes new fields and new resources. Be sure to update the client library to take advantage of all these changes.

New fields

We are adding ad_group_ad.effective_labels and ad_group_criterion.effective_labels.

Effective Labels are labels inherited or directly assigned.

New resources

• User Location View
  • Using it with geo segments can get metrics related to region, metro and city.
  • See user_location_view resource details.

• Related to the new effective_labels fields, there are 2 new resources that keep the metadata of the association between the effective labels and the ad_group_ad (ad_group_ad_effective_label) or ad_group_criterion (ad_group_criterion_effective_label).
