New metrics
The following metrics are now available when querying the
campaign resource:
We are adding the following conversion with cart data (CwCD) metrics:
Postal code segmentation can now be specified in a query. See more details in
segments.geo_target_postal_code.

- orders
- average_order_value_micros
- average_cart_size
- cost_of_goods_sold_micros
- gross_profit_micros
- gross_profit_margin
- revenue_micros
- units_sold
