Dear Planners,

Hope you are all having fun with ICAPS 2021 Competitions. We are excited to announce that the L2RPN (Learning to Run a Power Network) competition is finally open for submission.

This year's competition will include two different leagues, each with its own set of prizes. The 'anyone' league invites submissions from all participants including winners from previous L2RPN competitions. The 'new-entrant' league will be open to only participants who did not rank in the top ten on the leaderboards from previous competitions.
