Can we install lower version of Searchguard with Higher version Elasticsearch?

Searchguard Version: 6:6.6.2-24.2, please suggest me, Thanks.

No. Elastic has a very strict version check, so the version of all installed plugins must match the Elasticsearch version exactly.
