UnavailableShardsException in AWS while running sgadmin

Hello,
When I have master node in EC2. But when i try to initialize search guard in ES, I got these messages

INFO: searchguard index state is YELLOW, it seems you miss some replicas

FAIL: Configuration for 'config' failed because of UnavailableShardsException[[searchguard][0] primary shard is not active Timeout

What can be the issues ? Any help would be appreciated.

If you only have a dedicated master node (which can not act as a data node) searchguard cannot store is internal index and therefore won't work.
But such a setup would not make sense anyhow.
