How do you get to the list of wiki users and delete spammers? I've
just been deleting the pages but I guess that's not enough.

I don't *think* there is a way to list users through the web. I
believe users are each stored as a single file somewhere in the
MoinMoin data directories.

We're getting a proliferation of spam pages, one or more a day. At
least they're not defacing real pages. Is there some kind of spam
filter we can set?

We have some trivial spam questions:
But, it certainly looks like someone has added the answers to their scripts. Most of the recent spam looks pretty similar. We could at least change our challenge questions.
