- Potential viruses, especially when the upload's MIME type is
different from the document type. (People are accidentally uploading
word documents as BIN or octet-stream.)
- There's no reference to the attachment on the jobs page, so most
readers wouldn't even know to look at the attachments.
- Readers have to go to extra work to open the attachment.
Currently there are two such listings: a SurveyMonkey job and a
BridgeNW job. Both appear to be legitimate.
Should we set a policy of no attachments on the jobs page, and can we
enforce it technically? If so I'll write to the two contacts and ask
them to put the announcement on the main page.
BTW, other organizations are posting entire lists of qualifications
rather than just summaries. That's not necessarily bad and it may be
good. They seem to be doing a good job of using a header for each
separate listing. Should we keep it that way?

I didn't even realize the wiki had attachments until I got the notice
last week about the jobs page.
On the other hand, it may be useful in the meeting summaries if
speakers are uploading their slides.
