Hello Curtis, as promised please see the information below and let me know if you have any suggestions.

I appreciate the opportunity.

PS I noticed “Aerotek” was spelt incorrectly so I updated that too.

 Aerotek A&E Overview

Aerotek E&E started servicing clients in 1993, in response to the varied work climate that accompanied the architectural, construction, and civil engineering industries. Maintaining proper staffing levels plagued these sectors because of constant disparities in workloads, varying contract locations, seasonal requirements and periodic needs for specialists or professionals with unique skills.  Therefore, Aerotek E&E was chartered to serve the staffing needs of industries with strict regulatory guidelines and cyclic/seasonal trends.

The Aerotek presentation will;

  • Introduce Aerotek and the various ways we currently help local A&E firms - recruiting on niche A&E skill sets, assisting local firms with a pre-screened flexible work force, pay rolling services etc.
  • Employee advantage – as a former engineering contractor for Aerotek I have seen how Aerotek can be a resource from a contractor/job seekers perspective. An outline of the benefits offered to employees contracted through Aerotek.
  • Description of our recruiting and screening process, which we call our Perfect Fit Program.
  • Aerotek Partnerships - Teaming arrangements for an RFP/8A company.

Speaker Biography:

Steven Glynn has been with Aerotek since August 2004 initially as a recruiter and for the last 4 years as a business development manager for the Architecture and Engineering industry.  Prior to recruiting and staffing Steven was placed by Aerotek at a local environmental engineering firm. Steven has five years of Environmental Engineering experience which has helped him understand the needs within an engineering firm.
