Seattle maps and a repo for such

(CC'ing the SEANetMap list. Seth is one of the Code for Seattle organizers.)

Please point me at that repo you mentioned tonight which has some GeoJSON and TopoJSON maps of Seattle in it, and which should reasonably be the one true repo (my wording) for City of Seattle maps.

I will make sure the maps being generated for SEANetMap get added if they are not already in there. And anything you already have that we need will be leverage (assuming it is CC0 licensed, or close enough):

1. City Council Districts 

We have those in TopoJSON and GeoJSON at this time
