Job Title:                     Oracle OCI Engineer

Work Location:            100% Remote

Client Location:           Malvern, PA

Interview Mode:          Online Video Sessions

Duration:                    12 months

Rate:                          DOE

Visa:                           US Citizens & GC only

 

Must have Skills:

·        Experience with Terraform and Stacks for the purpose of scripting repeatable tasks, including provisioning, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.

·        Experience in implementation and monitoring of OCI security, including Ingress/Egress Rules, Security Lists, IAM Policies, IAM Domains etc.

·        Proven experience in managing client’s Oracle workloads and technology landscape for OCI suitability, Including OCI Network and Security design for complex architectures to support high availability and disaster recovery requirements.

·        Experience in deploying multi-tier applications on OCI IaaS and PaaS services, including Database, Compute, Storage, Backup, Network, Security, and Load Balancing, including a demonstrated ability to leverage those services to provide better application performance, security, and availability.

·        Experience in any one of the programming languages python, shell scripting, and go Lang.

·        Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls.

·        Nice to have - Good knowledge and experience in Docker, OKE and CI/CD
