Hours, Thanks, Zoolights, and Vans

Thanks everyone for a super fun day, especially to Caitlin and Monica for putting it all together. It was great spending time with you all. Since we were tired and did go to our final activity, it is rescheduled for tomorrow night – ZooLights, meet at Woodland Park Zoo at 7pm Saturday 12/14. Staff/Friends/family/SO’s welcome but I can only pay for members & supervisors.

 

The most recent hours update (through 12/7) is attached. Please check all the hours for the year against your records and notify me of any discrepancies, whether high or low.

 

Based on my records (assuming I am right, but it is your responsibility to double check):

·         Alex and Talitha you are really close. You will both need to serve Monday and get extra hours on top of that. Please make sure you will not be coming up short.

 

·         Colleen you may be good with the boat party and today/tomorrow but that would be tight; if you serve Monday it would give you some insurance.

 

·         Eddie you should serve Monday too if possible and most importantly work on getting in the paperwork we talked about.

 

·         CONGRATULATIONS to those members who completed their hours as of last time period – Olachi and Chris!!

 

 

A few notes:

-          There will only be 72 regular hours in this last time period since Saturday the 21^st is not included.

-          Today’s hours and tomorrow zoolights will count as training hours, the boat party last night was service since board members and volunteers were there (each stopping when you had any alcohol).

-          Bring your timesheets into the office at 1:30 the last day.

-          CLEAN THE VANS THIS WEEK!!! They should be nice enough for board members to ride around in when we park them Friday.

 

We will park all the vehicles here at the office Friday and I will drive everyone home/to Greenlake.
