Year-end close out / Program and Supervisor surveys

Team, 

Please take some time to complete the year-end program and supervisor evaluations below. The surveys should take about 1-2 hours total. 

If you are in need of extra hours, you can complete them before Friday (record the time on timesheets as training, and print screenshots of the confirmation page to give me Friday). In any case please complete these by 1/5/2014.

This last one can be repeated for multiple supervisors/staff.

Remember final timesheets are due Thursday by 5. On Friday, you will complete the AmeriCorps Exit form, get Ed Award information, give me forwarding addresses, and a few other things.
