SeaGL 2026 Kick-Off Scheduling

It's that time again, let's get the flock back together to plan the ***drumroll*** fourteenth SeaGL!

We'll be selecting the best datetime not only for the kick-off meeting, but for the first batch of cross-committee meetings too. So please submit your availability on this poll ASAP. Hopefully we'll be able to meet during the first week of February:

Note that while you can nuance your response, a zero or five is fine for available or not. Also, please make sure that you've selected the correct timezone.

Whether you were part of the team in the recent or distant past, or have been observing from the sidelines and are finally ready to swoop in to support things, you're very welcome.

And as always, you are encouraged to forward this email to any folks who might be interested in lending a beak or wing to our amazing all-volunteer gaggle.

Thanks for all of the responses. As anticipated, there is no PERFECT datetime. However, it appears that **Wednesdays at 6pm PT** works for the majority, so let's go with that.

As we are already well into February, I'd like to get started this week on the 11th (2025-02-12 02:00 UTC).
