SeaGL 2024 Kick-off Scheduling

Greetings feathery friends,

The cold (very cold!) season is finally receding and it is time to
bring the flock together to begin planning the **_drumroll_** TWELVETH
Seattle GNU/Linux Conference!!!

We left a lot of loose ends last year, and I'm hoping many can be
tidied up shortly after (or even before) our first meeting back. One
of these is when and where we hope to hold our in-person event... At
the moment I have a hold placed at the UW for _Friday and Saturday_,
**November 8th and 9th**.

For scheduling, let's give this new tool a try which allows for a bit
more nuance. Please add your availability here so we can schedule our
kick-off call for the first week of February:
