Who were the Tango November 123 news group

There were two news groups documenting who we were and our positions.
One was Fios 1 which is a valid news organization for Channel 1 on
FIOS or Verison TV. The other claimed to be an 'internet news group'
calling themselves Tango November 123. Despite repeated google
searches I have not been able to locate any contact information for
the group. If anyone got a card or plate number off the car they were
driving I would be interested in trying to contact them to see the
spin they put on the story.
Additionally I would like to know who Billy Dean is (not the country
music guy) but the owners of the establishment and how to get in
contact with them directly.
