I would like to ask you a question. I have a few different mac and pc into a single network. A mac and a pc transfer data to 2 MB / s everyone else to 40-60 Mb / s. I did a fresh install of the operating systems and update the drivers to the latest version. The copy of the data on a smb share should be at an appropriate speed, while seafile with the same libraries on other computers I sync at high speeds on these two go very slowly. Any idea?

syncing small files can be much slower than large files. can you check that?

I was out yesterday.
It seems the client was frequently disconnected from the server every a few seconds. That's why it cannot go up to full speed.

How is this possible? One reason? The mac mini attached to the same cable goes like a ferrari. Where could be the problem? May depend on what? I really need help. I remember that the transfer of files on smb share avviente at full speed and without disconnections. So I think that the problem lurks in seafile.

I noticed the following error message in ccnet.log:
Error while resolving 'nodaemon.dyndns.org': nodename nor servname provided, or not known
There should be some networking problem.

And what version of Seafile client are using on the problematic machine? It doesn't look like the latest.

assuming that there is a network problem at certain times, however, would have to go at full speed. But this has not happened ever. Now I try to connect directly the server and the client, and then let you know. Remember that this mac is part of the extended network in which other clients are all very good.

This error happens because sometimes I have to restart the server.

Indeed it is a problem of network. I do not understand, however, why grieve only 2 clients of the eight that I own. I do not understand. Other PC put in place of the offending go fast. Not this one. I do not know.
