Admin email address can not be changed once created. You can create a new admin using reset-admin.sh.

I realize that we have to provide API in C first. We will implement the API and the web interface in next version.

The admin's email can't be changed. But an admin can set another user as admin.

Maybe also implement the feature to promote users to admins via the GUI? (If the C-API for that exists, I could take care of that)
