Command Line Client for Windows?

Can I manage seafile client for windows using command line like seaf-cli on linux?
I'm a blind user using screen reader, and the latest server and seafile client for windows is not accessible at all. It looks like the windows client uses qt widgets, and the accessibility is not implemented. Also, the website that the latest server randers is not that friendly with screen reader. I.E. I can't click download button with screen reader. I can only click upload, new folder, new file, and details.
It'd be great if Seafile could implement accessibility. For now, I'd love to be able to at least download a library.

Sorry for this inconvenience. The download button is removed from the web. We will add seaf-cli for windows when we have time.

I would also like to manage with the command line the seafile Windows Client.
