"waiting for sync"

One of two clients I am testing is stuck "waiting for sync" for one library. Is there an activity log to determine why this might be stuck?  I have restarted both the client and the server to no avail.

You can post the content of the log file. Right click on seafile client tray icon, and click "open logs folder". A folder would be opened, and you will see a file "seafile.log" in that folder.

From this line:

[12/01/14 16:16:41] repo-mgr.c(2346): File acrq/10-21-11 A10290].pdf is locked by other program, skip checkout.

You can see the file "acrq/10-21-11 A10290].pdf" is locked by some other applications. You can try close that application, and that should help.
