Hello,

I have a VServer which is configured through Parallels Plesk 11.5
I tried to configure seafile to use a subdomain via this wiki page https://github.com/haiwen/seafile/wiki/Deploy-Seafile-with-apache
but didn't succeed.
The vhosts.conf should be placed under /var/www/vhosts/*domain*/system/*subdomain*/conf

Has anyone experiences setting up seafile in such an environment. I don't even know where to look for logs.

Thank you for any helpful advice.

Hello Stefan,

I currently working on the same issue.

Did you try to rebuild your Apache config after making these changes?

The command is:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

Okay,

you have to enable the mod_proxy on your Apache Server

Then put the vhost.conf in your /var/www/vhosts/*domain*/
system/*subdomain*/conf, but remove the <VirtualHost> tags from the beginning and the end of the file

Do
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
It should finish without any error

After that follow the rest of the instructions of the official guide

Worked for me
