Can't find 'seahub_settings.py'

Hi there,

I was trying to configurate the email notifications as described here (https://github.com/haiwen/seafile/wiki/Seafile-server-configuration-options#Sending_Email_Notifications_on_Seahub). My Problem is, that I can't find the 'seahub_settings.py' in the seafile folders. Am I just blind?
I'm running seafile 3.0.4 Server on Windows 8.1.

that should have been created by setup in you install base dir

(at the same level as "seafile-server-latest")

Hmm... there was no kind of Installation. I downloaded the Sources from this Link (https://bitbucket.org/haiwen/seafile/downloads/seafile-server_3.0.4_win32.tar.gz), extracted them with 7-Zip (both, the .gz and the .tar File) and started the run.bat.
Btw. I also don't have anything like 'seafile-server-latest' in my seafile folder.

​k, sorry, I now see you run this on windows​, which seems to be a different way of setting up.

On windows, when your launch your seafile server for the first time you were asked to choose a drive for seafile data. Say if you chose drive D:/ , then it would be D:/seafile-server/seahub_settings.py
