If my Seafile sync'd folder contains the Outlook PST file (mailbox file which can be >1GB in size), will the full file be copied (sync'd) to the Seafile server every time it is modified? This happens every time an email is sent/received. Or can Seafile do just delta/incremental file syncs for this kind of files?

This use case is comes very often, as it would allow the users not only to store and share files in the cloud, but it would also replace the need to backup their PCs/Laptops. Having a backup of the pst file is very important to users.

Yes, Seafile uses deduplication technology to detect delta. However, if the large file is updated too frequently, Seafile may consume a lot CPU time because it has to rescan the whole file each time. If you think this is an issue, you can turn off auto-sync and click "sync now" whenever you want.
