When trying to download folders from the web interface, I receive Internal server error, but everything else appears to work ok in web and desktop clients, including downloading individual files.  I get this in the logs:

==> /opt/seafile/logs/fileserver.log <==
[09/16/2014 04:38:25 PM] pack-dir.c(180): archive_write_data returned -30
[09/16/2014 04:38:25 PM] failed to archive_dir
[09/16/2014 04:38:25 PM] access-file.c(868): fetch failed: Internal server error

I had this error in version 3.03, so tried to upgrade to 3.1.6 and same errors.

To download folder as a zip file, fileserver need to first write it to a temporary file. From the log it seems fileserver failed to write to the temporary file.

- can you upload files on web?
- which user are you running seafile server with?
