Good Evening Everyone,

I'm the brand new owner of a Seadog! Over the last few months my partner, Ash, and I purchased the Seadog 30 "Glyfada", hull 35(B). The boat is in good state, but hasn't been in the water for some time. We've worked on her over the weekends and looking forward to putting her in the River Tamar this Easter!

Ash and I look forward to meeting you all on the water!

Charlie and Ash

Hi Ian, yes, I did look at the rudder and thought it was a little on the small side! Can't wait to get her in the water to see how she goes!

Hi
As my wife pointed out it was rather a Larry David on my part (apologies) moment but honestly I would be interested to know how the boat handles.
I have a bowsprit and a large genoa on a reach with everything up it will go in a straight line with no autopilot and no hand on the wheel.
I think slight weather helm is probably ideal we are based at Calshot btw
Regards
Ian

Definitely originally would have had the small rudder, many have been altered.

Hallo zusammen, könnt ihr die Maße von einem - kleinen - und einem - großen - Ruder mitteilen??
Danke

Hi, I did send you a PM, but perhaps it didnt reach you. I wrote because I am a previous owner of Glyfada I sold her 2010 after completeing a full refurbishment here in Falmouth. So I do have a thorough knowledge of her and likely to have my notebooks of the work done. So many of the known problems were addressed at that time, Glyfada was my second Seadog after Natuna. So feel free to enquire if you need to know..Regards Philip
