Much info is shared through GoogleDocs.  Documents become viewable to team members accordingly.

Currently I believe we need to add individual members to the GDocs perms L  If there’s a way to assign the GGroup to a GDoc folder, I’m too lame to figure it out (or it’s too simple for me to see).
